California Residents Requirements

CA Department of Justice (CA-DOJ) requires a Live Scan for ALL Fingerprint Rolling Certification Program applicants, including Ink Card Fingerprinting.

The National Live Scan Association (NLSA) makes it easy and convenient for you by having fingerprint certification services available at most workshops.  The government service fee is $74 (including state-required FBI Screening and DOJ Certification Fee).  Also, there will be a service (rolling) fee from the place that will fingerprint you.

 The price of the required CA-DOJ Live Scan fee is a separate service and is not included in the workshop(s) pricing and NLSA’s FlexPay program.
